The Role

We are seeking a sharp, curious, and hands-on AI Generalist to help us identify and implement off-the-shelf AI tools across multiple areas of our business—from streamlining hiring and customer onboarding to optimizing inventory, invoicing, production planning, and more.

This is not a software engineering or data science role. You will not be expected to build models or write software. Instead, you will research, test, and implement no-code or low-code AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable, Zapier, Make.com) to enhance workflows and increase productivity across our team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate business bottlenecks and identify where AI tools can drive efficiencies

Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve:

• Internal documentation, meeting summaries, and task automation
• Production scheduling, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking
• Hiring funnel (resume filtering, candidate communication)
• Invoicing and order tracking (e.g., QuickBooks + Google Workspace)

Integrate and automate systems using tools like Zapier, Make, and Airtable

Provide basic training or documentation to help teammates use AI tools

Stay up to date on new AI tools and assess their practical value for our operations

You’re a Fit If You Are:

A resourceful, independent problem-solver who learns fast

Process-oriented and obsessed with eliminating repetitive tasks

A strong communicator comfortable working across departments

Comfortable evaluating and using no-code AI platforms and chatbots

Excited by the potential of AI and automation in real-world operations

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

Familiarity with: Airtable, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Shopify, QuickBooks

Background in business operations, systems thinking, or process optimization

Light scripting or spreadsheet automation experience (e.g., Google Apps Script)
